We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather disruptions, scheduling conflicts, or changes in event plans, may require adjustments to your booking. However, to maintain fairness and ensure availability, please adhere to the following policy:

Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel your booking, kindly notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event date and time. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. -
Cancellation Fee
A non-refundable inconvenience fee of $20 will apply to all cancellations. This fee helps cover administrative costs and holds the date reserved for you. -
Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability. Please note that your initial deposit will be applied toward the rescheduled booking, and any remaining balance will be due on the day of the event. -
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours before the event), the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee, and additional fees may apply for future bookings.
